My wife (age:38+ years,weight:69 kg;height:159 cms;) has suffered for the very first time from a very fast heart beat which could be observed even with naked eye at 11:30 am IST yesterday (30.01.2013)while washing clothes for about 10-15 mins.She didn't have her breakfast till that time.she even had a sort of blank mind at that time and also could not walk.she had passed large amounts of urinals for about 5 to 6 times after this.She had medical checkup at night,she had a blood pressure of about (145/85) at 6:30 pm IST and  her ecg reports are as follows
Rate:85;PR:136;QRSD:86;QT:368;QTc:438;
AXIS:
P:72;QRS:69;T:29;12 Lead; Standard Placement...
It was also written as follows:
Sinus rhythm..........normal P axis, V-rate 50-99
Abnormal R wave progression,early transitition..........QRS area>0in V2 when tested with a device speed:25 mm/sec limb:10 mm/mV  chest :10.0mm/mv.please diagonise and plese let me know why is that happened..and are there any problems because of this...please post your reply as soon as possible after clear diagnosis of the problem.
