Occasional ectopic ventricular beat/left atrial enlargement

I am 65 yrs old, relatively active (hiking, biking, snowshoeing, rowing).  Recently, my GP noted an "irregular heartbeat" that is a new issue.  She said it was not a concern at this point though the Red Cross decided I was not eligible to donate blood as a result earlier today.  So, here's the basics:  my last bp was 112/60, my pulse today was 60; I take low dose aspirin, Losartan (50 mg), and Atvorvastatin (20 mg).   I've attached a copy of the ECG done 12/13 at the GP's office.  I've had a few previous stress tests that have all gone well (last one was 2009).

Any suggestions/comments?

Thanks
